When an incident gets questioned, a report is not proof. We give documenters three things their reports alone cannot: a truth graph showing which claims have evidence, a contradiction map exposing the holes before the attorney finds them, and a defensibility score they can present in the meeting.

The standards already exist — ISO 18788, ANSI/ASIS PSC.1, NIST IR 8354. We are building the layer that holds documentation to them, so that "verified" means the same thing in the field and in the courtroom.
